Homebridge Precast has integrated Warming Trends brass burners into all of its fire pit tables, bringing CSA Group certified performance and a lifetime warranty to customers investing in outdoor living spaces. The partnership delivers three Universal Burner options—the U100, U140, and U180—compatible with both natural gas and propane systems.

"We not only talked to a lot of people about the best brass burners in the industry, but we also tested them," says Anthony Bango, President and Owner of Homebridge Precast. "They were fantastic—really very, very good."

Universal Design Meets Safety Standards

The Warming Trends burners stood out during testing for their universal fuel compatibility. A simple restrictor allows each burner to work with either natural gas or liquid propane, giving homeowners and contractors installation flexibility without compromising performance.

But versatility isn't the only consideration. These burners meet rigorous safety certifications that professionals demand. They comply with the International Fire Code, International Fuel Gas Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, Propane Installation Code, and Natural Gas Installation Code. More importantly, they carry ANSI Z 21.97 and CSA Group Certification—the first question contractors ask when evaluating fire pit equipment.

"The whole gas assembly including the valves and the base plate and the hoses have all been certified by CSA," Bango explains. "That is important not only for the contractors putting them in, but for the home owners to know that these are safe and tested equipment."

Performance That Warms the Space

During testing, Homebridge found that holding the burner four inches down from the top of the table still created a full flame that effectively warmed the surrounding area. It also made it near impossible for the flame to be blown out in high winds. The brass construction delivers superior flame quality compared to the flimsy stainless steel burners found in lower-priced alternatives.

"People tend to be attracted to lower priced units with kind of flimsy stainless steel burners that look nice but don't really provide a full flame," Bango notes. "They don't provide the kind of warmth that you might want and certainly not the longevity."

The aluminum base plate design makes installation straightforward. The burner sits on top of the plate, which fits easily inside Homebridge's prefabricated heavy-duty metal insert. It's simple to remove and clean, reducing installation time and ongoing maintenance hassle.

Built to Last a Lifetime

The lifetime warranty on Warming Trends brass burners aligns perfectly with Homebridge's mission to provide architecture-grade equipment rather than disposable furniture. These are products designed to last the life of a home.

Traditional fire pit installations often use steel bases or frames that rust and corrode within five to seven years. Homebridge fire pit tables eliminate metal parts susceptible to corrosion, and the brass burner won't degrade over time. If it somehow did, the lifetime warranty provides complete protection.

"It's a value proposition," Bango admits. "It has to be the right kind of buyer—someone looking for a return on investment through the nonexistence of replacement."

That value proposition resonates strongly with property managers and landscape professionals who calculate total cost of ownership rather than just upfront price. Combined with GFRC construction that's immune to freeze-thaw cycles and delivers 12,500 psi compressive strength, these fire pit tables represent a long-term investment in outdoor living quality.

As an authorized Warming Trends distributor, Homebridge can now pass along competitive pricing to customers while maintaining the premium quality standards the company has built its reputation on since 2019.
